Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LetMeDoYourJob.ai and the digital-employee service provided by NEUVIDA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”). By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

We build, host, monitor, and maintain a digital employee that performs a defined, repetitive job for your business. Setup happens after checkout: we map your process, connect the tools the job needs, and test the work with you before it goes live. You choose the autonomy level, and you can change it at any time.

Subscriptions and billing

  • The service is billed as a recurring monthly subscription in US dollars (USD).
  • A one-time setup fee applies to your first payment.
  • Payments are collected through Razorpay, and your subscription renews each month until you cancel.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, with no penalty. Cancellation stops future billing. All payments are non-refundable. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Your responsibilities

  • Grant only the tool access the job requires, and keep your account credentials secure.
  • Use the service lawfully and not for any prohibited, harmful, or infringing purpose.
  • Ensure you are authorised to connect the tools and data you provide.

Service scope and availability

We provide the service on a commercially reasonable basis and monitor and fix the digital employee for as long as it runs. Some work is not suitable for a digital employee; where that is the case, we will tell you and will not start it.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
