Information we collect

When you start a checkout or contact us, we collect the details you provide, including:

• Your email address and WhatsApp number
• The job, plan, and autonomy settings you select

To operate a digital employee on your behalf, we also process the data within the tools you connect (for example email, spreadsheets, or your CRM), limited to what the job requires.

How we use your information

• To set up, run, monitor, and fix the digital employee you hire
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card or banking details on our servers; that information is handled by Razorpay under its own terms and privacy policy. We retain records of the transaction, plan, and subscription status.

Analytics

On our production website we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example page interactions and session behaviour) so we can improve it. This is disabled outside production.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your subscription is active and for as long as we are required to for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Use for model training

Your data is never used to train public models.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may revoke the tool permissions you granted at any time. To make a request, or to raise a grievance about how we handle your data, contact us at tech@houseofweb3.com.
